As your executive recruitment consultants, it is our job to resolve your recruitment needs in the quickest and most cost effective way possible. We believe that it is our responsibility to solve the problem, and as such we will continue to work until you are completely satisfied with the outcome. We can offer an extensive and confidential candidate database of over 5000 candidates, an in-house research team with all the necessary backup facilities and networks to complete even the most demanding executive recruitment search exercises, and of course we provide a full advertising/selection service when appropriate utilising the most innovative and award winning designs under our striking blackcat logo.

In addition we can offer psychometric testing, assessment centres, reference checks, advice on making the job offer, organising medical examinations, advice on relocation etc. In short we will ensure the whole process of executive search and selection is handled in the most professional and cost effective manner.

Human Resource Consultancy Services:

In addition to our executive search and selection consultancy services, we offer a broad range of human resource consultancy services which can be delivered through our in-house executive recruitment consultants or through a tried and tested network of associate consultants, highly professional human resource practitioners that we have worked with for many years.

In broad terms the range of services we offer fall under 5 headings –
Coaching/mentoring, change management, team building, training and development, and outsourcing.
