The Role:- - Reporting directly to the Sales Director your primary concern will be to manage the performance of the Area Sales Managers - Ensure the smooth running of the local administration office - Run a team of self employed designers via your Area Sales Managers - Liaise with the lead generation processes to ensure that the region is fed with the appropriate number of leads to maximize sales turnover. - Manage performance including: Turnover Gross Margin Conversion capacity and effectiveness - The Person:- - You will have a proven track record as a successful Regional Manager, your sector is not important only your results - You are extremely profit focused - You will thrive in a dynamic sales environment - Energy, flexibility and good organization are a key part of your success This is an exciting and interesting opportunity where you can really make a difference and make it ‘your own’ with a fantastic earning potential Basic Salary £30-45K OTE £50-£70K and better Executive Car Pension, Life cover, Private Health Care for Family.
